HR and Admin Officer

Job Description:
- Oversees the administrative and operational aspects of leased properties, including office spaces and satellite offices. Ensures lease agreements, renewals, payments, and compliance requirements are systematically managed and aligned with business needs.
- Manages the cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of all office premises. This includes overseeing janitorial services, office repairs, facility upkeep, and ensuring that workspaces remain safe, functional, and conducive for daily operations.
- Administers and monitors all security-related protocols, access controls, emergency preparedness, and safety compliance measures. Coordinates with third-party security providers and ensures alignment with internal safety standards and government-mandated regulations (e.g., fire drills, first aid readiness).
- Handles the procurement of office supplies, pantry items, and administrative materials based on approved budgets and requests. Tracks inventory levels, conducts vendor canvassing, and ensures timely purchasing in line with company policies.
- Coordinates with external IT service providers for the maintenance, procurement, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Supports internal IT-related concerns in coordination with outsourced or in-house IT specialists.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly adaptable, with strongproblem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
