What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Provide product and service information to customers
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process enhancements
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

What we're looking for

  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  3. Friendly, patient and customer-focused attitude
  4. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  5. Basic technical skills and familiarity with customer service software
