As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our cutting-edge software solutions. What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technical support to customers via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of software-related issues in a timely manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up to ensure complete issue resolution
  • Identifying and escalating complex or unresolved cases to senior support specialists
  • Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better assist customers
  • Contributing ideas to improve our support processes and enhance the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably within a call centre environment
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
