We areseeking a talented Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information
  4. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  6. Participate in training programs to continuously expand your knowledge and skills

What we're looking for

  1. At least a High School or Senior High School graduate preferably with at least 6 months Call Center experience
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
