What you'll be doing

  1. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
  2. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
  3. Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and chat
  4. Providing clear and concise explanations to help customers understand and resolve problems
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and troubleshooting techniques
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures
