Technical Support Representative

Join the dynamic team as a Technical Support Representative. This full-time role is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and offers the opportunity to work in a virtual environment. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues they may encounter.
What you'll be doing
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
- Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues via phone, email, and chat
- Providing clear and concise explanations to help customers understand and resolve problems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and troubleshooting techniques
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and procedures

- Familiarity with common software, hardware, and networking technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a call centre environment

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently
