Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at our CDO site. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, chat, or email, depending on your assigned account. Your main goal is to provide accurate information, effective solutions, and a positive customer experience with every interaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle a variety of customer concerns with professionalism and clarity. You'll be expected to communicate clearly, maintain a courteous tone, and work towards resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

To qualify, applicants must be at least a High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or a Senior High School graduate. Strong English communication skills are essential, but prior work experience is not required—fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates should be willing to work onsite and open to rotating shifts. A calm, problem-solving mindset and a customer-first attitude are key to success in this role.
