Quality Management System Coordinator

ROLE PURPOSE

The QMS Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the Company in ensuring a sound QMS system and maintaining its ISO certification.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The QMS Coordinator's responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Keep the original copies of the documented QMS.
  • Ensure that all changes in documents are authorized.
  • Ensure that the master list of documents and records are updated.
  • Ensure compliance to document control procedures.
  • Ensure that documents remain legible and readily identifiable at any given time.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of every processes in the Quality Management System
  • Monitor the Library of Office Rooms
  • Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information
  • Assist QMR in other related documents needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A.EDUCATION

  • Completion of a 4-year college degree preferably in Engineering or Business or any related fields

B.EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years working experience
  • Knowledge in Quality Management System is required.

C.SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

Required Knowledge of the following:

  • Knowledge in ISO 9001 QMS Documentation is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Document control and management processes and ISO Standards

  • Metrics / Reporting
  • Proficient in writing or taking minutes
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Keen to details
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
