  • Graduate of any four-year Business/Management course, MBA Degree is an advantage
  • Attended leadership and ISO 9001 Trainings
  • At least 10 years of professional work experience in Quality Management System development
  • With at least three (3) years Supervisory / leadership experience
  • Practical experience in ISO 9001 standard
  • Manages overall Quality Management programs within the value chain
  • Contributes to the creation of the Organization's Quality Manuals and Quality Plans.
  • Participates in process mapping exercises to develop opportunities to streamline processes and identify other areas for improvement.
  • Provides Quality Management System (QMS) guidance to the whole organization to ensure awareness and understanding of the Quality Management System
  • Monitors internal and external audit process implementations and results.
  • With strong leadership, management skills, training skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills (both oral and written), can relate to all levels of the organization
  • Computer literate
  • With high level of organizational skills and attention to details
