As a Systems Integration Coordinator, you will enable goFLUENT to scale by connecting systems and ensuring data integrity between the goFLUENT platform and our clients' systems.

Products: Language Assessment, Language Academy and Client Admin Center

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Translate technical specifications into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, error-handling flows, and deployment guides.
  • Collaborate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and deployment of integration projects.
  • Monitor production integration health (logs, alerts, incidents), perform root-cause analysis of recurring integration failures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in system or application integration.
  • Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth.
  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience writing user stories, preparing test scenarios, and performing basic coding is a strong advantage.
  • Experience integrating with ATS, LMS, or LXP platforms.
