Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Management System Manager located in Makati. The Quality Management System Manager will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization's quality management systems (QMS). Daily responsibilities include conducting quality audits, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, identifying areas for process improvement, managing documentation, and delivering training related to quality protocols. The role also involves coordinating across teams to promote and advance a culture of quality within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems, compliance, and process improvement methodologies
  • Strong abilities in conducting quality audits and creating/documenting process workflows
  • Proficiency in supervising and training personnel to adhere to quality standards
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of relevant ISO standards and industry regulations
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Certifications like ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma are an advantage
