JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting the development, planning, and implementation of Management System Standards within the Operations of Power Dimension, Incorporated. The Management System Specialist will assist the Business Process Officer in the maintenance of the PDI Management System Processes and will interact with all Department/Division to achieve uniformity and consistency in the Management System at the Department Level and promote PDI's core values and accountability through words and actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of programs, systems, processes, and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
  • Provides expertise in different management systems, how can the company comply with the specific management system, and guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations, and internal regulations to assure compliance.
  • Determine Risks and Opportunities related to Integration with other Management Systems; Participate in risk management meetings and related activities such as verification of risk mitigation implementation in processes.
  • Assist with Planning Activities related to the activities of the Management System.
  • Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.
  • Act as Internal Auditor.
  • Leads Internal audit preparation, and resolution of audit findings and liaises with other internal auditors through all stages of the audits.
  • Prepares reports and/or necessary documentation (ex NCAR) and provides to applicable stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Coordinates for the timely reporting, analysis, and resolution of nonconformances/complaints.
  • Act as Corporate Document Controller; Overseeing the generation and maintenance of Documented Information Revision History and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any four-year Business or Engineering related course.
  • Any of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; Document Controller Training.
  • Internal Auditor Training Course
  • 3 years of relevant experience implementing the Management system preferably in the EPC Industry.
  • Must be ready to start immediately.
  • One (1) Full-Time position is available.
