Key Responsibilities
1. Production Quality Checks
  • Inspect finished window/door frames, glass, and assembled units.
  • Check measurements, squareness, alignment, and finishing.
  • Ensure powder coating/finish has no dents, scratches, bubbles, or color issues.
2. Incoming Material Verification
  • Check raw materials (aluminum profiles, accessories, hardware) for defects.
  • Confirm quantities based on production request.
  • Reject or tag defective materials.
3. Pre-Dispatch Inspection
  • Inspect items before they are loaded for installation.

  • Ensure:

  • correct sizes

  • correct glass type
  • correct hardware included
  • complete accessories
  • clean and protected materials
  • Approve or hold items depending on quality.
4. Documentation
  • Record all QC findings (defects, reworks, rejects).
  • Maintain QC logs, photos, and daily/weekly reports.
  • Tag recurring issues and escalate to Production Manager.
5. Coordination With Production Team
  • Communicate defects to fabricators and assembly staff.
  • Follow up on rework and ensure corrections meet standards.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for proper packing and labeling.
