As the company continues its nationwide expansion, they are seeking a Director of Restaurant System Quality Management (RSQM) to lead operational excellence and quality systems across all stores.

About the Role

The RSQM Director will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving systems and standards that ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the brand's fast-growing store network.

You will drive the creation of world-class restaurant processes, facilities, and systems that support both operational performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Process Engineering

• Lead the continuous improvement of existing store processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and implement new restaurant systems and standards for new products, services, and channels.
• Serve as a resource person for process improvement and innovation initiatives.

Resource Optimization

• Analyze data to develop profitable and efficient store models.
• Leverage analytics and optimization tools to enhance operational efficiency and satisfaction.

Facilities & Equipment Development

• Innovate and develop equipment and facilities that ensure speed, safety, and efficiency in operations.
• Define and manage equipment life cycles to maximize utilization.

Space Planning & Design

• Lead the design of efficient, ergonomic store layouts aligned with future operational needs and building standards.
• Oversee implementation of store layout and design for new sites.

Application Systems & Technology

• Identify and evaluate new digital applications that improve store operations and customer experience.
• Oversee the integration of innovative database technologies for efficiency and data-driven management.

Supply Forecasting & Inventory Management

• Develop and optimize a comprehensive inventory management system that ensures accuracy and efficiency.
• Initiate studies and improvements in material handling, forecasting, and supply replenishment.

Quality Management System

• Establish a quality framework that ensures consistent product and service standards across all stores.
• Promote a culture of quality as a core organizational value.
• Lead the setup of inspection systems and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement & Feedback Management

• Oversee systems for customer feedback resolution and complaint investigation.
• Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and brand love.

Document Management

• Supervise the design and implementation of document control policies for sensitive materials and operational standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and data security for product recipes and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or Hospitality Management (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in QSR operations, systems/process improvement, or quality management.
• Strong background in food safety, HACCP, ISO standards, and operational excellence.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale process improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
