Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the organization's Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 standards (or other applicable standards). Ensures all processes comply with quality policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures.
  • Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits or certifications.
  • Monitor and analyze non-conformities, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and ensure process efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to departments on QMS policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management.
  • Facilitate management review meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure consistent implementation of quality practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or any related field.
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in QMS, auditing, or process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (and other relevant standards).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
