We are seeking a Marketing Operations and Systems Integration Manager to oversee the integration, automation, and administration of the marketing technology stack. The role ensures smooth operations, accurate data, and effective cross-system workflows.

Must Have's

  • 7–10 years in B2B marketing operations or RevOps
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and automation platforms
  • Strong background in integrations and QA processes

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Prior leadership or mentoring experience
  • Exposure to enrichment and advertising platforms

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

  • Strong integration and automation experience

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Administer and optimize HubSpot and connected platforms
  • Build and manage integrations with external systems
  • Establish QA procedures for workflows and data governance
  • Document processes and train teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php160,000.00 per month
