Position Title: Systems Administrator (Sales Operations Focus)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, OR 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Pacific Time)
Rate : $6
Position Overview
The Systems Administrator (Sales Operations Focus) is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's sales systems and workflows, with a primary emphasis on CRM administration. This role requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to bridge the gap between data systems and human operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify and implement solutions that drive efficiency and sales performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Administration:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Pipedrive CRM.
- Manage system architecture, user roles, fields, automations, and integrations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for sales leadership.
- Ensure CRM data integrity, compliance, and consistent usage across all teams.
- Operational Improvement:
- Analyze sales workflows to identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
- Implement system enhancements to improve deal velocity, volume, and dollar value.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine pipeline stages, KPIs, and automation logic.
- Sales Enablement Support:
- Assist sales closers with digital document execution (e.g., Docusign templates, tracking, and coordination).
- Provide end-user support and light training for CRM users as needed.
- Ensure CRM-related issues or roadblocks are quickly resolved.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with the Sales Director and sales team to enforce CRM discipline and usage consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing, admin, and operations staff to maintain unified data flow across departments.
- Support periodic audits and updates to maintain system compliance and performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience administering Pipedrive CRM (required).
- Proven track record in CRM customization, workflow automation, and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience improving sales operations processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Google Workspace, and sales automation tools.
- High attention to detail, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience in construction, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with project management or proposal tracking software.
- Basic understanding of API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or similar).

Pay: Php Php349.00 per hour
