We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager with deep expertise in HubSpot and end-to-end revenue operations. This role will own the architecture, automation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing workflows — ensuring every system, campaign, and data flow is connected and measurable. You'll act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and analytics, driving operational excellence and strategic insight across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain advanced workflow automations in HubSpot and external platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n).
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, enrichment tools, ad platforms, and GA4.
  • Oversee lead lifecycle management, scoring, and routing processes to ensure clean handoffs and accurate data capture.
  • Implement and maintain robust data governance practices — taxonomy, deduplication, normalization, and consent management.
  • Configure attribution models that directly connect marketing initiatives to pipeline and revenue.
  • Build, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports (HubSpot, Looker Studio, etc.) with actionable insights.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and deploy new marketing technologies that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Train cross-functional stakeholders on martech best practices and document systems for scalability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience, including 4+ years in marketing operations or RevOps (agency or consulting experience preferred).
  • Mastery of HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, and Content Hubs) with proven automation and integration experience.
  • Hands-on experience managing cross-system integrations and workflows across CRM, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Strong grasp of data architecture, governance, and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar integration tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php130,000.00 per month
