About Marketing Done Right
-Marketing Done Right is entering its eighth year and continues to grow. We provide Inbound Marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, and others to help our clients grow their businesses.
-Our team is 100% remote and enjoys a flexible schedule.
-Our clients are primarily in the Medical and Home Services industries, but we also provide services to others. Our owner thoroughly screens all clients to determine if we can 1) help them grow, 2) that their personalities are the right fit for our team, and 3) that proper expectations are set when they work with us.
-We don't hold our clients to contracts. They are all month-to-month.
The Role of the Account Manager:
-As an Account Manager at Marketing Done Right, your mission is to cultivate strong, trusting relationships with our clients.
-Many of our clients come to us after challenging experiences with other marketing agencies that often 1) failed to deliver results, 2) communicated poorly, and/or 3) lacked transparency, sometimes even being misleading.
-Our approach is to go above and beyond, showing clients we genuinely care about their success and business growth. We know they're investing their hard-earned money with us each month, and we don't take that responsibility lightly.
-At Marketing Done Right, we set ourselves apart from typical account management practices by prioritizing a proactive approach. Instead of simply reacting to issues, we actively engage with our clients through regular, Monthly, or bi-monthly updates, providing transparent insights into campaign performance, answering questions, and valuing their feedback. This ensures our clients are informed, supported, and satisfied with the progress toward their goals.
Your responsibilities:
-Client Communication: Regularly engage with clients via email and video calls to update them on project status, discuss progress, and provide valuable insights on how our work directly impacts their business growth. As their primary point of contact, you'll ensure they feel informed, supported, and confident in our strategies.
-Gathering Client Insights/Knowledge: We conduct in-depth "interviews" with clients to capture their insights and expertise, allowing our writers to create content that genuinely reflects the client's knowledge and perspective.
-Client Onboarding: Work with the client during onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience during the first 30–60 days. This early period is essential to building trust and enthusiasm, so your focus will be on delivering clear communication, addressing questions proactively, getting approvals, and setting a foundation for a successful long-term partnership.
-Marketing Expertise and Communication: With a strong understanding of SEO and Google Ads principles, you can effectively "speak the language" when discussing strategies with clients. This includes explaining why specific tactics are implemented, their relevance to business goals, and their value in achieving measurable results. Your ability to convey complex SEO and Advertising strategies clearly and meaningfully will help clients appreciate the impact of our work.
-Collaborative Strategy Execution: Work closely with our SEO strategists and Google Ads Managers to bridge client vision and execution. By understanding and articulating the client's goals and unique insights, you'll ensure that our team has the direction needed to bring those goals to life through targeted, impactful marketing initiatives.
-Websites: Occasionally help relay client design requests on new website buildouts to the design team. After our team delivers mockups and staging websites, our clients sometimes need to discuss edits and changes to them. Your responsibility is to help communicate those to our designer.
Training Expectations: You will work with the owner, currently the Account Manager for most clients. Over a few months, you will be given full responsibility for these accounts.
Salary and Hours:
-Job Type: Full-time
-Pay: $1,500/month USD after a 3-month probationary period of $1,000/month USD.
