We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join a boutique B2B marketing agency that partners with entrepreneurial tech sector firms.

  • Permanent WFH setup
  • $8.00 USD per hour
  • 40 Hours per Week – Monday – Friday, EST core hours with flexibility for client meetings

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in MarTech platforms; HubSpot expertise (Marketing, Sales, and Content) with ability to design and maintain robust automations and cross-system workflows
  • Experience with enrichment, webinar/event, advertising platforms, and GA4
  • Experience and comfort using Zapier, Make, or n8n to configure and maintain automations
  • 8–10 years in B2B marketing with 4+ years in marketing operations/RevOps; agency/consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing and analyzing multi-channel programs (email, paid media, events/webinars, content syndication) and tying results to pipeline and revenue
  • Experience with AI-driven automation, custom GPTs/assistants, and emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration and advanced reporting
  • Background in process design, QA, and documentation for marketing ops workflows

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations in HubSpot and external tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Manage integrations across marketing, sales, and analytics platforms
  • Oversee lead lifecycle stages, scoring, and routing across systems
  • Implement data governance, taxonomy, and campaign tracking standards
  • Configure and maintain attribution models to connect marketing activity to pipeline/revenue
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports with actionable insights
  • Support both internal and client-facing teams with martech stack administration and optimization
  • Document processes and train stakeholders on tools and best practices
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize emerging technologies

Job Type: Full-time
