We are expanding and are currently looking for an IT Specialist with expertise in API integrations to connect and optimize our business systems.

Job Summary

The IT Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations across our various platforms including CRM, project management, finance, permitting, and monitoring tools. This role requires a balance of strong technical expertise and problem-solving ability, ensuring that our systems work together seamlessly to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and workflow automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain API integrations between business-critical software platforms.
  • Analyze operational processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Automate workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, sales, permitting) to understand system requirements.
  • Document integration processes, workflows, and technical solutions.
  • Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies in API and system integration.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT systems management with a focus on API integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, project management, and financial software integrations.
  • Solid understanding of database management and workflow automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments.
  • Experience in the solar, construction, or energy sector is a plus but not required.
