IT By Design (MSP) | Onsite – BGC, Metro Manila | Night Shift (US Hours)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide Tier 1/2 IT support to users across US time zones
  • Troubleshoot issues in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VPN, and basic networking
  • Manage accounts, passwords, and access via Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Log, track, and close tickets within SLA
  • Coordinate with global engineers to deliver smooth, reliable support

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience
  • Strong English communication skills; confident in handling international calls
  • Background in BPO or international voice support is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with AD, O365, VPNs, and general troubleshooting
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC on a night-shift schedule
