MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • AT LEAST HS/SHS GRADUATE
  • WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS IT SERVICE DESK TEAM LEADER OR BPO TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE TEAM LEADER
  • AMENABLE TO WORK ONSITE AND START ASAP
  • BASIC HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WITH ACTIVE DIRECTORY INCLUDING CREATING USER ACCOUNTS, RESETTING PASSWORDS AND CREATING GROUPS
