About the Role

De Castro Law and Consulting is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our international client network.

This is not a call center or sales-closing role. You'll focus on researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and generating qualified leads for our business development team.

You'll be part of a supportive and professional environment that values growth, collaboration, and a healthy work culture.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify potential clients in the EOR, HR, or outsourcing industries
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels
  • Collect key contact information and company insights for outreach
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads in CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the business development team for follow-ups and strategy alignment

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, B2B prospecting, or business development support
  • Preferred: Experience working with international clients or companies in Employer of Record (EOR) or outsourcing services
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills
  • Strong research and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)
