Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Associate to manage core HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance while maximizing the use of Sprout HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance using Sprout HR.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports to support business decisions.
  • Support employee engagement, performance management, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' HR experience with hands-on Sprout HR expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, and employee relations.
