Property Engineer

About the role

Join the dynamic team at Pacific Properties' as a Property Engineer based in Sampaloc, Manila City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the technical management and maintenance of the company's residential properties, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional living experience for our tenants.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of maintenance and repair tasks
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify any issues or potential problems, proposing solutions and implementing preventative maintenance measures
• Respond promptly to tenant requests and troubleshoot any maintenance-related concerns
• Maintain detailed records of all property-related work, expenditures, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Support the Property Management team in ensuring the properties meet all safety and compliance standards
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, enhance the tenant experience, and contribute to the overall success of the properties

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a property engineering or building maintenance role, preferably in the residential sector
• Strong technical expertise in building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general facility maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and devise practical solutions
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with tenants, contractors, and the wider property management team
• A team player with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
