About the Role

Are you passionate about sales and building lasting business relationships?

De Castro Consulting is looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our growing team. You'll work with international clients, manage the full sales cycle, and help drive business growth through strategic lead generation and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B market
  • Conduct lead generation and appointment setting with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international corporate clients
  • Present and promote services to key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or corporate setup
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with international clients is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite in Sampaloc, Manila)
