About the role
Pacific Properties is seeking a skilled and organised Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sampaloc, Manila City. This full-time role will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are critical to our business success.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Handling correspondence, data entry, and document management tasks
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials
- Performing various clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mailing
- Liaising with external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers, to address inquiries and provide support
- Supporting the implementation of office procedures and policies to maintain efficient operations
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
