As an HR Operations Supervisor, you will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of operations, fostering strong client relationships, and upholding high standards of performance and employee satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in process management, problem-solving, team development, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and oversee cross-functional teams, fostering a proactive, solutions-oriented culture while addressing performance gaps and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Operational Oversight and Process Management: Ensure accurate execution of key processes such as onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, while streamlining workflows to reduce inefficiencies and mitigate risks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction through actionable solutions and strategic guidance.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Oversee the resolution of critical operational issues and equip team members with the skills to make logic-based decisions that align with client and organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, preferably within U.S. HR operations, payroll, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and managing client expectations.
  • Strong understanding of operations management, client relationship management, and performance management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Proficient in Excel for creating and presenting reports, with strong analytical skills for performance trend analysis, root cause identification, and decision-making.
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making capabilities, particularly for critical business tasks.
  • Must be willing to work a night shift schedule and adhere to an onsite arrangement in Ayala, Makati.
