Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR Supervisor to lead our HR and administrative operations. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, and compliance functions while ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to mentor and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting openings on various platforms, and coordinating interviews.
  • Manage candidate sourcing and selection through multiple channels, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Lead and enhance the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition and access to necessary resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

Payroll and Timekeeping:

  • Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accurate encoding of overtime, leave applications, and other attendance-related data.
  • Monitor overall employee attendance and leave balances to maintain precise records.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory contributions, such as Social Security, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government-mandated fees.

HR Policies and Administration:

  • Draft, update, and communicate company policies, including workplace standards and HR guidelines.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as petty cash, expense liquidation, and government documentation processing.
  • Advise management on HR compliance, labor law requirements, and best practices.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise, coach, and mentor HR and administrative staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure team alignment with company values and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of HR experience, with prior exposure to payroll, recruitment, and administrative operations.
  • Proven experience in supervising or leading an HR team is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
