We are looking for an experienced HR Supervisor specializing in Operations (Compensation & Benefits) to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to lead and improve our total rewards programs while ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. The position offers a gross salary of PHP 50,000 (excluding perks, allowances, and benefits), is full onsite, and is based in our office at Eastwood, Quezon City.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Supervisor handling Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits, payroll, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in designing and managing salary structures, allowances, and benefits programs
  • Ability to analyze compensation data and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to support HR operations
  • Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with labor laws and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
