HR and ADMIN SUPERVISOR

The HR and Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing HR operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition and employee training and development. This role supports strategic staffing plans, ensures smooth recruitment processes, and implements effective learning and development (L&D) programs. The supervisor also manages general administrative tasks and contributes to policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:

· Lead the full-cycle of recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

· Utilize recruitment platforms and networks to attract top talent.

· Manage employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice.

· Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).

Training and Development:

· Assess training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.

· Design, implement, and evaluate training programs for new and existing employees.

· Coordinate external training opportunities and monitor their effectiveness.

· Develop career development plans and succession planning strategies.

· Maintain training records and monitor compliance with mandatory training.

HR Supervision & Administration:

· Support employee relations initiatives and handle employee grievances with fairness.

· Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to HR best practices and labor laws.

· Prepare HR-related reports and documentation for management.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and training methodologies.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

· WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
