About the role

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for an exciting new challenge? We are seeking a skilled HR Supervisor to join the dynamic team at int manpower services' in Makati City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the overall HR function and ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation
  2. Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and performance management
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes
  5. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  6. Assist with the planning and execution of HR initiatives, such as employee recognition programmes and team-building activities
  7. Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing strategic HR advice and solutions to address business needs

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the Consulting & Generalist HR industry
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively interact with employees at all levels
  4. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
  5. A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
