Position: HR and Admin Staff (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder in any related field.
Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process new employee orientation, documentation, and setup for benefits and training.
Gather and provide necessary employee information to the payroll department to ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries and benefits.
Handle general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, filing, and responding to employee inquiries.
Prepare and present reports on various HR activities and personnel data to management.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated and well-documented, and assist in creating guidelines or FAQs for employees.
