PRIMARY ROLE AND PURPOSE
The HR Coordinator is the conduit of the HRAD to the employees in all plants of AUTVC and vice versa.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduate of BS Psychology/ HRDM
Graduate Studies : N/A
Licensure Examinations : Not required
General Skills :
o Familiarity with the basic HR Processes
o Knowledge in the Labor Code is an advantage
o Knowledge in MS Offices and Canva
o Good communication and organization skills
o Detail oriented and proactive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the job posting of vacancies in different channels
- Conduct and schedule interviews with pooled applicants
- Maintain a pool of internal and external candidates
- Communicate with 3rd party providers for manpower requests
- Ensure on-time deployment of new hires based on the SLA
- Distribution of uniforms and company ID to new hire
- Conduct New Hire Orientation
- Enrollment and distribution of ATM Cards to new hires
- Endorsement of new hires to the Department Managers
- Receive Incident Reports and prepare Notices to Explain
- Serve Notices to Explain, Disciplinary Action, and Return to Work to involved employees
- Implement programs of the HRAD in each plant
- Assist employees' queries on their benefits
- Submit reports on time
- Other tasks that may be assigned
