Job Summary:
The HR Generalist will support the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This role requires hands-on involvement in all HR facets while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
- Post job advertisements and conduct initial assessments of applicants.
- Prepare employment contracts and facilitate new hire orientation.
- Maintain and update job descriptions for all positions.
2. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance
- Assist in handling employee concerns and disciplinary actions in line with the Labor Code of the Philippines.
- Monitor employee engagement and help implement activities for morale and retention.
- Ensure workplace policies are up to date and consistently applied.
- Handle investigations and prepare incident reports and documentation.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (e.g. absences, bonuses, leaves).
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) and company-specific benefits.
- Assist in the processing of employee loans, clearances, and final pay.
4. Timekeeping & Attendance
- Monitor daily time records, leaves, overtime, and attendance logs.
- Coordinate with third-party payroll providers (if applicable).
5. Learning & Development
- Help identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and facilitate evaluation processes.
6. Records Management & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, 201 files, contracts, and memos.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, and assist with reporting requirements.
- Prepare and submit HR-related reports to management and government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or specialist capacity.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and standard HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
