Job description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Supervisor to lead every stage of the recruitment process and address all staff-related issues. The HR supervisor's duties include liaising with recruitment agencies, advertising job openings, organizing and designing training sessions, accurately recording hours, and managing payroll and employee relations. The HR supervisor should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementing labor relations policies.
- Maintaining administrative requirements.
- Ensuring confidentiality.
- Analyzing job descriptions and advertising staff vacancies.
- Managing HR programs and orientations.
- Building strong departmental partnerships.
- Mentoring and coaching HR team members.
- Monitoring office premises, janitorial services, and company safety.
- Coordinating performance management systems.
- Managing training modules and providing counseling.
- Handling employee relations, counseling, certifications, clearances, and quitclaims.
- Recommending HR programs and performing other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management / Psychology, Business Management, or any related field.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2-3 yrs.
