Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in posting job openings.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Prepare new hire documentation and onboarding materials.
- Support new employees in completing necessary paperwork.
- Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures.
Employee Engagement:
- Help organize team-building activities and company events.
- Contribute to employee recognition programs and initiatives.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
Learning & Development:
- Assist in monitoring employee performance and development plans.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BS Psychology .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php200.00 per day
