Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement
- Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping data
- Administer government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HDMF)
- Handle ATM enrollment and payroll account setup
- Assist in compensation planning and salary structure updates
- Coordinate with finance and external agencies for payments and reports
- Respond to employee inquiries related to pay and benefits
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Familiarity with government benefit systems and labor regulations
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Good communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
