The Role: HR Associate is responsible for providing essential administrative assistance across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Help in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations.

Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, including applications, resumes, and logs. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, benefits, and policies. Provide information and support to employees about their rights and responsibilities.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties such as managing HR databases, and assisting with employee performance evaluations.

Policy Implementation: Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal standards.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and handle confidential information responsibly.

Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor is important for building relationships within the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as document preparation, communications, templating, filing, researching, taking meeting minutes, maintaining employee records, etc.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with onboarding process for new hires.
  • Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with candidate communication.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive team environment through engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in planning and executing engagement programs and events.
  • Assist in the administration of employee surveys, reviews, and documents.
  • Assist in coordinating, creating, and tracking training sessions and development programs.
  • Support in benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Assist with the communication of benefits programs to employees.
  • Perform other task Assigned by the supervisor

Projects:

  • Work on projects to improve processes, launch new programs, and contribute to the strategic initiatives of the HR team.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience,
  • 2 years of prior experience in HR administration or administrative roles is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh Graduate is welcome
