_ Job Overview/Purpose_
The Key Accounts Officer is responsible for developing long-term relationships with corporate accounts, connecting with key business executives, and stakeholders. The position also liaises between corporate accounts and cross-function internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of WCMC services according to customer needs
Duties and Responsibilities
Identifies sales opportunities through networking and fact-finding, and prospects and closes new accounts;
Manages execution of WCMC Corporate Account agreements / contracts, and performs visual audits of accounts, and corrects compliance issues;
Manages and penetrates customers at all levels, and develops relationships with HMOs, accredited companies, and target accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives;
Prepares and delivers effective company presentations and employs effective game theory and negotiating strategies;
Develops timely and accurate forecasts (volume & spend) for assigned accounts;
Forecasts and tracks corporate account metrics;
Identifies and grows opportunities to ensure sales growth attainment from corporate accounts;
Operates as the lead point of contact (POC) for any and all matters specific to WCMC corporate accounts;
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
Develops trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders;
Ensures the timely and successful delivery of WCMC services according to customer needs and objectives; and
Communicates clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Performs other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Updates consumer database based on available records from Hospital Records division.
Prepares mailers and documents.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales, preferably in building materials or contruction: 3 years (Preferred)
