About the role

We are seeking a full-time Dayshift Accounts Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This exciting role will involve handling inbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  2. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  5. Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive cases as needed
  6. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the accounts or financial services sector
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic support
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software to access and update customer information
  5. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations
  6. Flexibility to work during dayshift hours
