About the role

This is a full-time position based in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. The role involves Australian dayshift telesales, with a blend of inbound and outbound calls. As an Australian Dayshift telesales Account, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer service and sales tasks, providing high-quality support to our Australian clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls for our Australian clients
  2. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  3. Identifying sales opportunities and actively engaging with customers to drive revenue
  4. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service
  7. Adhering to performance metrics and targets set by the organisation

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a call centre environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data entry
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  7. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving sales targets
