About the role

We are seeking experienced Call Center Agents to join our growing team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming calls from customers and clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Providing accurate information and effectively guiding customers through various services and processes
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborating with team members to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the call center

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and technology to effectively perform your duties
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
