As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our customers, resolving their queries and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls, emails and chat conversations in a professional and empathetic manner
  2. Actively listening to customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  4. Continuously updating your product and service knowledge to better assist customers
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and suggesting process improvements
  6. Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

  7. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is highly desirable
