About the role

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer calls and handling a variety of customer inquiries and requests
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records of call activities
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Adhering to call centre protocols and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Proactively updating customer accounts and data as needed

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call centre environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
