About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Call Center/Voice Agents to join our growing team at LIZSIL INTERNATIONAL MANPOWER AGENCY' in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This full-time role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. No prior BPO experience is required - we welcome applications from high school graduates who are looking to kickstart their career in the customer service industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to address customer inquiries and concerns
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Collaborating with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  5. Actively participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  5. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  6. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
