About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Call Center/Voice Agents to join our team at Talentprobe Due Diligence' in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. No prior BPO experience is required - we welcome fresh graduates of Senior High School.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer queries
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino, with the ability to speak clearly and articulate ideas effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with various software applications
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with no prior BPO experience required
