What you'll be doing

  4. Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
  5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve operations

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Proficient in English and preferably Filipino
  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
