What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Proficient in English and preferably Filipino
  6. Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
