About the role

What you'll be doing

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with patience and empathy
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  4. Accurately maintain customer records and update relevant databases
  5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure consistent service delivery
  6. Adhere to established call center policies, procedures, and performance standards

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  5. Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software
  6. Committed to providing exceptional customer service
