About the role

As a Call Center Agent - Dayshift at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES', you'll be a key part of our customer service team, providing high-quality support and assistance to our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in our Ayala Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer calls and responding to queries and concerns in a professional, empathetic and efficient manner
  2. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective way
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a wide range of customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in English, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently
  4. A friendly, patient and professional demeanour, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential
  6. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
